If you are just outside, put your details in the contact form — the next suburb we open is the next one out that the round can still reach on time, and the waiting list is what decides which one.

No. You create your account and book the free inspection right here on the website, on any phone or computer. The app is for after you have a measured price and have decided to go ahead — it is where your schedule, your photos and your payments live. It is iPhone and iPad only for now; if you are on Android you can still sign up, be inspected and be quoted, and we will invoice you by email until the Android app is out.

We come to the property, measure the lawn, look at the gates and the access, and note anything that changes the job — a steep back yard, a narrow side gate, a dog. It takes about fifteen minutes, you do not have to be home, it costs nothing and it commits you to nothing. You get a measured price afterwards. The reason we do it this way is that a price worked out from a website form is a guess, and we would rather be right than fast.

We monitor the weather for every job. If rain is likely, we automatically reschedule your visit to the next available day and notify you through the app. No need to call or chase.

Yes. Pause anytime through the app — great for holidays, from 2 to 8 weeks. To cancel, give us 14 days written notice through the app or by email. There is no exit fee. Your plan rate is lower than the standard rate because you took a 6 or 12 month term, so if you leave early the discount you have already had on the visits we have already done becomes repayable — nothing is charged for visits we have not done, and we show you the count, both rates and the exact figure before you confirm. Nothing at all is repayable if you are leaving because our price went up, our terms changed, we stopped servicing your suburb, we re-priced your property, or we failed to meet a consumer guarantee.

Once you're a customer, you get a referral code. When someone you refer signs up with it and completes their third paid visit, you get a credit worth one standard visit at your per-visit price, applied to your next invoice. The credit is earned at their third paid visit, not at signup, and it is a credit against your bill rather than a free visit. No limit on how many people you refer.

Yes. CutCycle holds $10 million public liability insurance, and it is in force now — a certificate of currency is available on request. WorkCover QLD accident insurance covers our employees, and it is in place from the day we engage our first worker.

Every visit includes a full mow, edging along paths and garden beds, blowing clean, and a general tidy up. The clippings are mulched back into your lawn at no extra charge — that is the default, and it feeds the lawn. If you would rather we took them away, green waste removal is $30 a visit and you switch it on or off yourself in the app. Hedging, weeding, fertilising, bed mulch, turf and pressure washing are extras: you book them in the app when you want them, and each one is quoted and invoiced separately from your plan.
